We know buying online can be risky and sometimes tricky which is why we model the clothes ourselves and offer a money back guarantee as outlined below.



  • We are committed to excellent customer service and want to make sure you absolutely love your new threads.
  • We offer a full refund on all full priced items (excluding shipping) within 14 days of receiving your goods. How great is that? Risk free online shopping!
  • All returned items will need to be new, unworn, unwashed, without marks or with any fragrances on them.
  • Refunds will also be offered if there is a fault with the garment. Please check your order thoroughly on arrival. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to send your item back for a refund or if there is an issue with your garment by contacting us at
  • If your garment is faulty, we will send you a pre-paid label and instructions for returns upon receipt of your email notification. Alternatively, you can enclose a copy of your postage receipt for reimbursement. 
  • For all refund requests excluding faulty items, return postage will be at your expense. 
  • Refunds will not be offered after 14 days of receipt of your items, or for sale items.


Exchange/Store Credit 

  • We will happily offer an exchange or a gift card to the value of your returned item.
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card.
  • Exchange for a different size/style is subject to availability.
  • Any returns should be requested within 14 days of delivery by sending us an email. 
  • Returned items must be new, unworn and unwashed with tags attached.
  • We would appreciate if you could send us an email to let us know you will be returning the items.
  • Return postage is at your expense excluding faulty items. Make sure your order is sent via secure methods of post, as we cannot offer an exchange/credit until we have received the items.
  • Sale items will not be exchanged/credited unless the garment is faulty so please choose carefully.
