Standard Shipping $12

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase.
  • We use Australia Post's Parcel Post.
  • You can track your order with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once items have been dispatched.
  • Standard delivery is estimated to be between 2-5 business days from dispatch.

Express Shipping $15

  • We also offer Express Post for a flat fee of $15.00 Australia wide.
  • Next business day delivery from date of dispatch
  • To take advantage of Express Shipping all you have to do is select this at the checkout stage

Free shipping

  • We offer free delivery on all orders over $150.00.

Kindredsouls.com.au will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Kindredsouls.com.au cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact Kindred Souls immediately.

Order Cancellations

If notified before goods have been dispatched, Kindredsouls.com.au can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, then please refer to our Returns policy.
